- Assist attorneys seeking to move to a new law firm or in house law department by designing an individually tailored summary of appropriate employer targets developed after an initial, confidential interview and communications with a McClure & Feuer advisor.
- Introduce candidates to high-quality employment opportunities in well-respected law firms and corporations that have been carefully analyzed and pre-screened by McClure & Feuer.
- Assist in drafting presentation materials for submission to clients; prepare candidates for interviews and follow up debriefing; counsel candidates and clients on appropriate compensation arrangements.
- Provide on-going career counseling aligned with a candidate's needs and aspirations.
