Aliza Cohen Joins Penumbra, Inc. as Corporate Counsel

McClure & Feuer and Emerald, Inc. jointly announce today that they have recruited Aliza Cohen to join Penumbra, Inc. as Corporate Counsel. In her new position, Aliza will be help to advise management on corporate transactions, governance, contracting and compliance with laws relating to the health care field, including Medicare laws and regulations, HIPAA, and the Physician Payment Sunshine Act.
Prior to joining Penumbra, Aliza worked at Paul, Hastings as an associate in the Corporate Department of the firm's San Francisco office. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2011.
