Dane Peacock Joins SunEdison as Director, Legal Counsel

McClure & Feuer announces today that it has recruited Dane Peacock to join SunEdison’s North America Project Development Group as Director, Legal Counsel. Dane will focus his practice on supporting the business development activities of this important segment of SunEdison’s business. Prior to joining SunEdison, Dane was Senior Counsel at BP Alternative Energy in Houston, Texas.
Dane received his J.D. from Harvard University in 2000, an M.A. in Political Science from University of Washington in 1997 his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Utah in 1993.
