Carmen Copher & Ruth Bolden-Monifa Join Ross Stores as Employment Counsel

McClure & Feuer announces today that it has recruited Carmen Copher and Ruth Bolden-Monifa to join Ross Stores as Director(s), Employment Law.
Copher joins Ross Stores from Target Corporation in Minneapolis where she was Group Manager and Senior Counsel. In this capacity, Copher had responsibility for supporting business clients nationwide in matters of litigation and employment counseling. Copher brings her retail industry knowledge and employment law experience to her new position in which she will support clients in the areas of employment-related litigation and associated advice and counseling. Copher is a graduate of George Washington University Law School.
Bolden-Monifa joins Ross Stores from solo practice where she represented Bay Area clients in labor and employment matters. Earlier in her career, Bolden-Monifa held positions in the Employee Relations Group at Charles Schwab & Company and the Legal Department at AT&T. Bolden-Monifa is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
