Edgar (Ned) Washburn Joins Perkins Coie's San Francisco Office

McClure & Feuer announces today that it has recruited Edgar (Ned) B. Washburn to the San Francisco office of Perkins Coie LLP where he will serve as Senior Counsel in the Environment, Energy & Resources Practice. Washburn is a nationally recognized expert in environmental, real property, land use, energy and natural resource litigation. He has been lead attorney in upwards of 100 trials and 50 appeals in state and federal courts and has appeared before the United States Supreme Court. Washburn has been recommended by Legal 500 US (2010) for land use and zoning law, is included in Best Lawyers in America (2007-2011) in the areas of natural resources law and timber law, and has been consistently listed by San Francisco Magazine as one of Northern California's "Super Lawyers" in the area of environmental litigation. Washburn joins Perkins Coie from Morrison & Foerster where he was Senior Counsel and prior to that, a Partner in the San Francisco office.
