J.R. Eppler Joins Crowell & Moring as Corporate Associate

McClure & Feuer announces today that it has recruited J.R. Eppler to join the San Francisco office of Crowell & Moring LLP as a Corporate Associate. Eppler focuses his practice on corporate transactions and securities law with an emphasis on emerging companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions. Eppler joins his new firm from Manatt Phelps & Phillips LLP.
