Shane Brun Joins K&L Gates As a Partner

McClure & Feuer announces today that it has recruited Shane Brun to join the San Francisco office of K&L Gates LLP as a partner.
Mr. Brun specializes in intellectual property, technology and complex commercial litigation, with a focus on patent cases. His experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and strategy partnerships. Previous in his career, Mr. Brun worked as a corporate counsel for NBC Internet, Inc. and OpenTV, Inc. Most recently, Mr. Brun was a partner in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Mr. Brun holds a JD From University of California, Hastings College of the Law and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering.
