Matthew Durket Joins Murphy Austin As a Partner

McClure & Feuer announces today that it has recruited Matthew Durket to join the law firm of Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld LLP as a partner and head of the firm's Employment Law Team. Mr. Durket joins Murphy Austin from Heritage Law Group APC where he was a shareholder and President.
Upon receiving his JD from Santa Clara University Law School in 1986, Mr. Durket joined Pillsbury Madison & Sutro's Silicon Valley office (now Pillsbury & Winthrop) as a litigation associate, focusing on employment, real estate, and products liability. He later transferred to the Santa Clara County Public Defender's office, where he tried more than 100 jury and court trials, including homicide and serious felony cases.
In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Durket teaches sexual harassment trainings each year and has taught trial techniques at the University of Santa Clara Law School and employment law at the Lincoln Law School in Sacramento.
