Jeff Selman Joins Crowell & Moring As a Partner

McClure & Feuer announces today that it has recruited Jeffrey C. Selman to join the San Francisco office of Crowell & Moring LLP as a corporate partner. Jeff moves to his new firm from Nixon Peabody LLP where he has represented emerging and middle-market public and private technology and life sciences companies and investors. Jeff will continue to represent start-up and venture capital–backed clients on formation, equity and debt financing, restructurings, licensing, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
