Kim Berger Joins BraunHagey & Borden LLP as Partner and Head of Impact Litigation and White Collar Defense

McClure & Feuer announces today that Kim Berger has joined the San Francisco office of
BraunHagey & Borden as a Partner and Head of Impact Litigation and White Collar Defense.
This hire marks the expansion of BHB’s impact litigation practice and adds an additional
dimension to the firm’s white collar practice.
Kim joins her new firm from Tesla/SolarCity where she was Managing Counsel and Lead
Investigations Counsel. Kim possesses considerable litigation and investigative expertise having
previously worked in private practice and in-house plus serving in the federal government as an
Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California, the Fraud Section in Washington,
D.C. and the Southern District of New York.
