Baird Fogel and F. Jackson Stoddard Join Morgan Lewis

McClure & Feuer announces today that Baird Fogel joins Morgan Lewis as a corporate partner focusing on energy transactions and F. Jackson (Jack) Stoddard joins Morgan Lewis as of counsel. Both will be resident in San Francisco.
Baird has represented clients in the U.S. and around the world in the renewable energy space. He advises on matters such as manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, construction, residential, commercial, small scale utility, large scale utility, government relations, investment and finance. His experience includes large-scale commercial transactions and extends to utility scale projects in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Earlier in his career, Baird served as general counsel of BP Solar International, Inc. His experience also includes serving as general counsel of GE Transportation.
Joining Baird in his move is his long-time colleague, Jack, who represents and advises clients on energy regulatory matters and proceedings before state and federal agencies, including the California Public Utilities Commission, the California Air Resources Board, the California Energy Commission, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Jack also represents clients in matters involving the California Independent System Operator (CAISO), including the Transmission Planning Process, Interconnection Process, and CAISO stakeholder processes.
